Jack Plates are the perfect solution for long shaft engines with a short shaft transom! The engine side holes of the Jack Plate is drilled 1.500 inches higher than the transom side. Combined with the 4 inches of adjustable vertical lift you can obtain 5.500 inches at a maximum height to raise your long shaft engine and make it workable on a short shaft transom boat!

Here are the pre-drilled hole dimensions listed below in inches:

  • Pre-drilled holes for 1/2'' stainless hardware
  • 12 7/8'' across the top two holes from center to center
  • 9 7/8'' across the bottom two holes from center to center
  • 8'' of vertical distance between the top holes and bottom mounting holes

If your holes do not match this configuration, you can drill into the aluminum plate. However, by modifying the unit returns will not be accepted.

    This is the second unit I’ve bought for my growing “ fleet “ and couldn’t be happier with the product . The quality is top notch and well designed . If I get another boat I’ll be back for one more .

    Gotta say the jack plate is superb. I ordered new transom bolts from you guys and those were a disappointment. I didnt use them. I’ve hung many motors and have never received coarse thread transom bolts. Maybe it was in the description, if it was I missed it. Just nevehad to worry about it in the past. If I ordered transom bolts it was automatic that they were fine thread. Its like a given. Plus the washers you guys send out are paper thin. I reused my old bolts. Otherwise great stuff, super fast shipping and cant wait to get out on the water with the new jackplate

    Awesome, well built product, all mounting holes matched perfect on my Ranger bass boat, installed in less than an hour. The quality design makes adjusting the motor height smooth and painless. no binding or having to wedge or lift motor to relieve pressure, Boat performance is amazing, hole shot, speed and ride increased tremendously. highly recommend Vance Manufacturing products

    I waited a while to give a review. The jack plate is really nice. It shows the quality of the machine work and assembly. It fitted-up to the boat(2020 tracker pro team 115hp) perfectly,all bolt holes lined-up to boat and engine. Would not hesitate to order another or recommend to anyone that is in the market for a jack plate.Also compare Vance prices to other suppliers,you will be pleasently surprised.Remember this is American made in the great state of Tennessee.Another reason to buy from Vance Manufacturing.
