How do I return an item?

If you are dissatisfied with your item, you can return your order within 30 days of original shipment date for a refund less original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee or you can exchange your item for one of our other items effective for all purchases made on 06/07/2020 and thereafter. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the item you need is less than the original item we can refund the difference in price.

If your item is damaged, modified, scratched, or in any way not in new condition when it arrives to us, we will not be able to accept your return request regardless of the amount of time that has passed since your original order date or where the damage originated unless it is determined to be a manufacturer defect. You are responsible for getting the item back to us unless it is a Vance product and a manufacture defect is the issue.

We do offer return labels at a reduced rate using our carriers to help you get the best price, we can deduct this out of your return amount if requested. Original shipping charges will be refunded if we determine the item to be a manufacture defect. We appreciate your business and our goal is to make you completely satisfied with your item(s) from us. All orders will ship same day if ordered before 3PM central time with the exception of major United States national holidays! If there is an issue with your order or we temporarily do not have an item in stock, we will contact you. Your order tracking information will be uploaded as soon as your order is processed and an email will be sent to the email address you provided for your order with the tracking information.
