How do I return an item?

If you are dissatisfied with your item, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of original shipment date for a complete refund less original shipping charges or exchange your item. If your item is damaged, modified, scratched, or in any way not original when it arrives to us, we will not be able to accept your return request regardless of the amount of time that has passed since your original order date. You are responsible for getting the item back to us unless a manufacture defect is the issue. We do offer return labels at a reduced rate using our carriers to help you get the best price, we can deduct this out of your return amount if requested. Original shipping charges will be refunded if we determine the item to be a manufacture defect. After 30 days, at our discretion we will take your item back less a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges. No returns may be made after 90 days.
