How do I return an item?

If you are dissatisfied with your item or change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of original shipment date for a refund less original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee or you can exchange your item for one of our other items effective for all purchases made on 06/07/2020 and thereafter. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for any returns being sent back to us as Vance is not responsible for any damage incurred by your shipping carrier during transit and will not be liable and not able to refund any purchases that are damaged or lost. All damages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If the item you need is less than the original item we can refund the difference in price. If your item is damaged, modified, scratched, or in any way not in new condition when it arrives to us, we will not be able to accept your return request regardless of the amount of time that has passed since your original order date or where the damage originated unless it is determined to be a manufacturer defect. In the event you place an order and we ship the order and while in transit you decide you no longer need you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any restocking fees. If you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for the charges the carriers makes both to you and back to us. This will be deducted from your original order total or we will contact you if more funds are required. Original shipping charges will only be refunded if we determine the item to be a manufacture defect. We appreciate your business and our goal is to make you completely satisfied with your item(s) from us.
