MOBILE USER OPT-IN
This is a double opt-in program. You may opt in to the text alert program by texting a defined code to 1-833-642-0720. You will be required to opt-in again by replying “YES” to the responding message. By opting into the Vance Manufacturing Notifications Program, you authorize Vance Manufacturing to send you text messages, and acknowledge that such messages may be sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Additionally, by opting in, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age and are either the wireless account subscriber or have the permission of the wireless account subscriber to send and receive text messages under these Terms and Conditions.
MOBILE USER OPT-OUT
You may discontinue text service at any time, by replying “STOP” to 1-833-642-0720 from your mobile device. After opting out, you will not receive any additional messages, unless you opt back in.
MOBILE USER FEES
Vance Manufacturing Notifications program does not charge any users fees to send or receive text messages.
MSG & Data rates may apply from your applicable carrier, however. No purchase necessary to participate.

MOBILE USER PRIVACY
We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. No protected health information will be transmitted or shared.

Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint/Boost/Virgin, T-Mobile®, US Cellular, Carolina West, C-Spire (Cellsouth), Cellcom, nTelos, Google Voice, and the numerous ClearSky/Interop. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered message.
MOBILE WARRANTY
Vance Manufacturing Notifications will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with our SMS Gateway. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
MOBILE PRIVACY POLICY
Vance Manufacturing Notifications respects your privacy. We will use the information you provide to transmit sms messages to you and occasionally mms messages, we will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, to protect our rights or property. Text messages through your wireless carrier/service provider are not secure messages through encryption or similar technology.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your item or change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of original shipment date for a refund less original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee or you can exchange your item for one of our other items effective for all purchases made on 06/07/2020 and thereafter. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for any returns being sent back to us as Vance is not responsible for any damage incurred by your shipping carrier during transit and will not be liable and not able to refund any purchases that are damaged or lost. All damages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If the item you need is less than the original item we can refund the difference in price. If your item is damaged, modified, scratched, or in any way not in new condition when it arrives to us, we will not be able to accept your return request regardless of the amount of time that has passed since your original order date or where the damage originated unless it is determined to be a manufacturer defect. In the event you place an order and we ship the order and while in transit you decide you no longer need you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any restocking fees. If you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for the charges the carriers makes both to you and back to us. This will be deducted from your original order total or we will contact you if more funds are required. Original shipping charges will only be refunded if we determine the item to be a manufacture defect. We appreciate your business and our goal is to make you completely satisfied with your item(s) from us.

All orders will ship same day if ordered before 3PM central time with the exception of major United States national holidays! If there is an issue with your order or we temporarily do not have an item in stock, we will contact you.
